I use a wheelchair and was travelling with 2 huge suitcases and 2 hand luggage bags and the Driver did not help one bit! Which was disappointing.

Safe efficient service with little waiting. Only hiccup was the walk from landing to getting back to the bus pick up point, but that was not your fault. Older people find long treks rather difficult.

i liked that it was quick to book and all online! however you are a bit lost when u get in to the car park if no one is available just a sign to tell you what to do would be good

Not Happy After loading 4 cases on a crowded bus at Birmingham Airport only to find that more than one shuttle bus uses that stand there is nothing in the instructions to tell us that. Imagine the process of stopping people getting on the bus whilst we unloaded our cases and got off. Wouldn't use Airparks again

The service on our outward journey was good. Helpful staff, driver and brief wait before bus set off. Return journey very poor. We had to wait 30 minutes in the rain for the bus, during which time 2 buses for Hams Hall by APT came and went, both drivers helping to load luggage. By the time Aeroparks bus arrived, a large crowd had gathered, the lady driver remained seated (I appreciate she was probably neither required nor able to assist loading) and many passengers had to stand with their luggage in the aisle. On arrival at the car park, many customers had difficulty making the automated key dispensing system (installed since our last visit) operate properly. This appeared to be a common problem as staff had stuck a postit note on each machine with supplementary instructions. I am unlikely to use this site again, rather transferring to APT at Hams Hall

Can recommend, good price great service, the only issue is the return of the car key only seconds to retrieve the key from the electric box if you don't you don't have a second chance. Many thanks will book again.
