What to do when you arrive at Airparks Meet and Greet Premium with Car Wash:

When you are about 20 minutes away from the Airport give Airparks Meet and Greet a call (the details will be in your booking confirmation email) so they are ready to meet you. Drive to the Valet Parking car park, collecting a ticket from the barrier on your way in, where the professional Airparks driver will meet you; grab your luggage and hand your car keys over.

How to get to Birmingham Airport:

There's no need for you to worry about transfers as it's just a 2 minute walk to the terminal.

What to do when you return:

When you are back in the UK after your trip simply walk back to the car park where the Airparks driver will be waiting for you with your freshly cleaned car. The driver will hand you a ticket which will allow you to exit the car park.

Airparks are so confident about their Premium Meet and Greet service that they've included a No wait guarantee.

If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50%, and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back!

This guarantee applies as long as:

  • - The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
  • - Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
  • - There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical or fuel.
  • - There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
  • - Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.

Accessibility

Airparks Premium Meet and Greet is ideal for those with accessibility needs, as there's no need for shuttle buses. The drop-off point has two designated accessible bays with ramped walkways to the terminal.

Additional information:

Airparks Meet and Greet with Car Wash can only take cars that fit into a standard, 2.4m x 4.8m; you'll be charged extra if your car is too large.

The drop-off point cannot fit vehicles higher than 7 feet, minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers.
