Airparks are so confident about their Premium Meet and Greet service that they've included a No wait guarantee.
If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50%, and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back!
This guarantee applies as long as:
- - The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
- - Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
- - There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical or fuel.
- - There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
- - Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.
What to do when you arrive
Call Airparks around 20 minutes before arrival. Head to the Valet parking area where your driver will meet you, check your vehicle and take your keys.
Return process
Walk back to the Valet parking area after your trip where your driver will be waiting with your fully charged car.
Electric vehicle charging
The car park has four 7kW charging points compatible with all EV models. Leave your charging cable in the car and set your charging limit to 'Trip'.
