Airparks Self ParkIn the depths of Covid you guys were there for me when my flight got cancelled and I had to divert to Heathrow. I arrived in Birmingham long after the airport was closed and you guys still came and got me from the bus stop.

Airparks Self ParkI couldn't easily distinguish the yellow area from the orange to find my car after 3 weeks away and a long flight - why not use more contrasting colours? I was searching in the faded orange area thinking it was 'yellow' - very irritating.

Airparks Self ParkThe old method of leaving your car keys and collecting them from a box was better. Now you have to find your car and try to locate where it is, find what area it is in, in the dark after 3 weeks isn't easy.
