Good price for valet parking. Downside is that valet parking at Birmingham now involves the same walk as the multi story!

Meet and greet now too far from terminal can get nearer using multi storey

we booked valet parking at Birmingham airport because we had used this before and found it close to the terminal, efficient and convenient. The location is now much further away , there were no trolleys available for the cases on arrival. With people of poor mobility in our group this was problem. The car was ready and waiting for us on return but again our group struggled with the distance from the terminal. In future we will just book to park directly on the nearest car park.

When we came to leave the car park we were told at the desk just to press the buzzer and say we were NCP and the barrier would lift but it didn't. Then we were told we should have had a card to put in the machine. After a few minutes we were let out. Luckily there wasn't any traffic building up behind us

Valet parking should be closer to Birmingham Airport without having to flog our luggage across the drop-off area.

I don't see how you can improve, really. The service is so quick, easy and convenient and the staff very friendly and helpful.
