ShortRun by AirparksWe had to wait over 30 min just to get into the meet and greet car park - luckily there were a few of us so a couple of us got out to check our bags in (if we hadn't done that it'd have been touch and go as to whether we'd have made the flight). Wasn't great on the way back - had to wait 10 mins to collect the keys from the cabin. Def not using this car park again - will just go to one of the on site car parks and walk the short distance because it'll be quicker and cheaper.

ShortRun by AirparksYour location information sent us to the wrong place, luckily the hotel were helpful and redirected us. Maybe provide a google maps link with the exact coordinates for people. Otherwise its a well run operation with plenty of buses and polite staffing, much easier than expected.

ShortRun by AirparksThe postcode given is for an area not the location. I had to stop and hunt for 20 minutes. The car park didn't even have a sign showing the entry from the traffic island. Found by pure luck. I won't use again.

ShortRun by AirparksHaving arrived at the carpark in plenty of time for my flight but I then found myself in a queue of traffic waiting to get in. When I eventually got to the front of the queue I found that there was only one attendant there. After getting my car parked i was then waiting for the shuttle bus which came but was on the carpark much longer than I thoght it would be. After getting to the airport & theough security I then went to the No1 Lounge which I'd booked along with the carparking, only to find that having just booked in to use the facilities. My flight came up now boarding. As you can imagine i was not very happy having spent £28 to use it. Getting out my return journey was fine.
