Bristol airport silver parking was disorganised, chaotic and incompetent. Not only did they flatten the battery on my car the system they use for key storage was chaotic and the lack of buses from the airport terminal to the car park caused massive queues and delays returning cars.

I don’t like my car moved I like to keep my keys I don’t see the advantage of it. On return I was given wrong bay number O51 instead of Q51 luckily I spotted my car in the distance so I didn’t have to return to reception and suffer further delay, also seemed quite expensive

Online support and authority to alter errors in flight v poor. A 35 day wait time and inability to refer complaints internally is frankly unacceptable. Doubtful if I will use again.

Poorly, couldn’t read parking bay number when collecting car do had to go check 2 options to find it, long queues and disorganised process. You need adequate numbers of staff not minimum numbers!
