Everything was well organised, just drove to barriers and automatic entry on arrival and exit. No paperwork to find. easy walk to terminal. Great price for a 4 week holiday.

Exit routes to barriers at long stay 2 at Cardiff not well marked or lit,& thus difficult to find at night.

Exiting the car park at Cardiff definitely lacked clear signage which meant we drove around in circles before finding a clear exit sign.

A little more clear on access instructions at the airport car park access, however this could be the airport itself. Take a ticket at one machine, then deposit it at the next 20m further on. However, best prices available so will use next time.

Check perimeter of site more often and repair holes etc..- last time i visited Cardiff one pedestrian gate was accesible as mesh had been removed

Poor exit signage, walked rather than wait for a bus, not properly tarmaced or marked, far too expensive compared to Bristol

No problems what so ever, flight was late so parking over-ran, exited car park without any hitch and do not appear to have received any late departure payment request....very good service and easy walk to terminal.

All good except paying extra incase your flight gets delayed. This is something out of your control you give the flight details so you know it is genuine

Ensure passengers returning don't have their experience ruin by there 1st contact with UK waiting 10 mins for a bus that didn't turn up only to have to lug two heavy bags 3/4 away across the car park really not impressed.Have used purple parking before with no issue.We pay good money for this the very least you expect is a bus.Many others were obviously doing the same

Easy to arrive& depart, no rooting for tickets which was good. Still very expensive for 7 days parking. Can you do better deal for customers going away for a week or more?

Very straight forward booking process and all worked well. However the bus was not designed well for so many suitcases -I could not manage to lift my huge case up onto a shelf and there was nowhere for me to stand with it either. Also as we left the car park in the dark, we ended up driving round the car park twice as we could not find the exit, with not one exit sign!
