For unknown reasons I received notice that I had not completed my booking after having received my confirmation. Prorated calls failed to stop this problem. Other wise extremely satisfied

My car was damaged whilst in your care and you are disputing liability and failing to respond to emails Very poor customer service and terrible PR for an airport under the threat of closure. I am so disappointed with Purpleparking you have gone right down in my opinion. Over £100 paid to park and came home to a damaged car

It is described as meet and greet but it is not. You leave your car and go back for it to retrieve your key. The dropping off was fine but collection was shambolic. A very long queue where people were dropping their keys off for flights out and people collecting. There was only one person. It would be better if there were two people I’ve dealing with people dropping off their keys and the other dealing with collections. It took almost 30 minutes to collect our keys.
