Make sure barrier goes up for prebooked vehicles without having to press button for assistance, it is very frustrating!

The price for my parking was discounted through an offer I received from you, making price very competitive. A colleague making the same journey did not have an offer, so his parking did not work out to be the cheapest option. Just letting you know.
