Ferry Port Parking at Dover Port

What to do when you arrive:

Head to the entrance barrier, which a member of staff will open to allow you to enter. Park in any available bay near reception and head inside to check-in and hand over your keys. While you're away, your car will be moved by staff to the main car park.

How to get to Dover Port:

Once you've checked-in your vehicle, all you'll need to do is catch the free shuttle transfer to the airpot. This only takes around six minutes, so you'll be boarding your ferry in no time. The transfers run on request between 7 in the morning and 6 in the evening, so if you're travelling outside of these times, you'll need to arrange your own transport to and from the car park.

What to do when you return:

As you are returning to Dover, call the car park on 01304 211 718 to arrange a shuttle bus transfer back to the car park. Your car will have been moved back to the car park you dropped it off in, in time for your return, so all you'll need to do is collect your keys from reception, hop in and hit the road!

The car park your car will be moved to is well secured and includes the following security features:

• ✓ 15 foot wall on one side and cliff at the back

Additional information:

• - If you are only parking for one day, you will need to pay for the shuttle transfer, which will cost £5.
• - Transfers don't run on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.
• - If you are returning outside the hours of operation, you'll need a code to open the gate to the car park. Call the 24-hour number 01304 211 718 to receive this.
• - This car park uses a new post code and therefore won't be picked up on Sat Navs. Please use the full address and the directions provided on your booking confirmation.
