We got delayed by an hour with our flight. I prepaid but the ticket told me I owed €75. Spent ages getting that sorted. I had an ill elderly mother travelling with me. A nasty end to my holiday.

Arrived at gate on way in and system did not recognise my number palte and I had to take a ticket. Upon return from holiday, system again did not recognise my plate and told me I owe them £72 when I had already paid the agreed fee of £31! I now, at 2 am, had to get out of my car and go into Clayton Hotel to get the matter resolved with cars building up behind - not happy!
