1-2 minutes walk to terminal. Quick and easy entry and exit. Secure.

All in all very good , was offerd by you ( and met others who had done same ) added fast track at East midlands airport. Not flown here 15 years plus. For early flight there is NO NEED for fast track so a waste of money and negated the Purple parking discount!

The only issue that I encountered was that the actual parking spaces were a little close together. Not enough room to open car doors. Otherwise it excellent. It was easy book and no issues with entering or leaving the carpark at East Midlands Airport.

Nothing really, it was so easy! I would say the postcode doesn't take you to the exact right location, but if you read the signs you'll be fine.

Upon return I tried to leave the car park and the barrier did not automatically rise as stated. The assistance button wasn’t working and it gave me a number to ring. My phone wasn’t charged after the flight, so I took the number to the terminal and couldn’t do anything from there as I wasn’t at the barrier. I rang a friend and asked her to speak to them whilst I drove to the barrier and asked them to raise it when I got there. My friend was placed on hold for 15 minutes, and then they asked for all the details etc. Took another 10 minutes before I managed to get out, all the time having to wait by the barrier and hold people up.

When leaving the carpark,the exit machine would not accept my token and ajthough prebooked requested that I pay pds on credit card for only 1 weeks parking!Reversed out with difficulty as there was a queue of cars behind and tried the other machine.Still did not work and now had to use the telecom facility and explain the problem.The barrier was lifted almost immediajely.
