Quite expensive for 1 week. The walking experience with a luggage trolley is poor because the pavements slope and the surfaces in the far park are gravely and uneven in places

Easy to find the carpark and enter, although we did struggle to find an easily accessible parking space. Because of illness, I had to return early, and the barrier camera did not recognise my number plate. After a call to the operator, the barrier was raised.

Arrived at short stay 3 East Midlands Airport barrier went up no problems same on the way out did not have to get in touch with anyone it was a breeze how did you do great better than England against Italy ????

Confusing finding the entrance to the car park (I thought I had taken the wrong turn but then couldn't turn back because it was one way). But it all worked well apart from that

We could not exit the barrier on our return, the young assistance was rude,unhelpful,mocking laughing,while we asked for help in the rain!!!! We could hear laughing in the background of the assistance call,would not lift the barrier as he pointed out how did you get in the car park? He was the rudest man I have ever had the misfortune to ask for assistance from. Your car park was in excellent spot for the airport,entry to the car park very easy,but the exit was diabolical and your assistance that we pressed on the machine to purple car parks was looked after by a badly trained man and his laughing friend while we struggled to exit your car park.

Excellent service. Very swift and efficient. The signage for Terminal 5 Meet and Greet could be a little bit more obvious - it was very difficult finding its exact location
