Flying ScotCar was damaged on return journey but was parked in such a way that they had hoped we would not see the damage. Still waiting for response on what to do next

Flying ScotI booked through yourwebsite with Flying Scot. On return to Edinburgh Airport I phoned them to let them know I had arrived and made my way to the bus stand. I waited for about 1/2 hours with no sign of a bus from Flying Scot. Phoned them another twice and finally spoke to a gentleman who advised the bus was on it's way. I was freezing cold and when the bus did finally arrive I complained to the driver. His attitude was discusting and said to me if I said another word he would throw me off the bus and i would have to walk to the car park. Aweful employee. Should not to dealing with the public. Very poor customer service.

Flying ScotTransfer was good on way out but our return transfer after I made the call to say we were ready after waiting 25mins I called office then got picked up 10 mins after that . The driver said he didn't no we were there but I find that hard to believe as there were others to get collected aswell

Flying ScotCar has been scratched by the car park staff parking the car, still waiting to hear from the company on how they will resolve this and compensate for the damage. No shuttle bus on time waited over 45 minutes. Will not book again

Flying ScotArrived at Scotpark (on site parking) to be told we and a half dozen others were moving to low cost parking (off site and a good 5 - 8 minutes drive there and the same back) and had to follow the bus there. Not happy as I specifically booked close, on site parking not one off site down a pot holed road.

Flying Scotwhen we arrived to pick up the car, after we phoned to let you know we had landed, it was blocked in and we had to ask for someone to move other cars out of the way. It was raining heavily. there was a similar care to ours which looked as if it had been moved. to improve you could ensure that the correct car is retrieved from where it is parked to ensure a smooth transfer.

Flying ScotWe were given a card and told to call the Tel No on it from the phone directly outside the arrivals hall. Could not find the phone and when asked the driver he said there were none and that we were given an old card. Could not get a line on my mobile so it took quite a while for us to contact the company!!!!

Flying ScotI have been charged twice for the same parking stay at Edinburgh Airport. As you use a third party for bookings I'm still trying to get reimbursed for the double charging by HXPAYMENTS. Not good
