You couldn’t call this pot-holed car park an actual car park, no bays, no tarmac, just a waste bit of ground, a complete dump. Needs an overhaul.

Realise maybe a period of transition as PremiAir are seemingly being taken over by NCP ,the shuttle buses were taking almost twice the journey time going to both sites to collect passengers en route to airport, in saying that I was running behind schedule..Apart from this have used the car park a number of times and cannot fault the drivers and intercom staff. Plus I believe the larger buses had break downs.

Bus driver taking customers back to car parks need to tell people where they are, particularly at night when it's difficult to know if you're at the correct stop to locate your car.

Staff were very helpful as due to Ryan Air not letting us fly with them, due to an error with the Edinburgh Airports internet and we had to return home fly out the next day with Jet 2

There was no proper parking space for my car. The car park was full and I had to park on a patch of ground that was all big stones and gravel. Had to wait a bit of time for the shuttle bus to collect us on our return. Other car park buses were all sitting there.

Great service! I booked online and it was very quick and easy both online and also parking at the airport. Plenty of spaces to choose from, great quick shuttle service and very reasonable pricing. From parking to getting to the airport only took 5 minutes. Definitely book again.
