Not enough buses running only one small minibus doing the round journey so some people had to wait a while for the bus to come back as there wasn’t room for them to fit on.

There was a bit of confusion on our return, as there were Purple Parking mini buses in the car park, where we'd set down, but we actually needed Park2Travel. We almost got on the wrong bus!

Weren’t there to meet on our return so rang as requested after 5 minutes- unfortunately got the dreaded answerphone! However, they did arrive 10 minutes later.

Great service, friendly staff. However I think making it clear where pick up after holiday is would improve service. We found the right place eventually - many people were confused where to stand.

Price was good - marginally better than Sentinel, but kept waiting for transfer back to the parking for nearly twenty-five minutes on a very cold evening outside the terminal at LBA on my return.
