Only issue we had was on return when our car key was not in the correct drawer so it took a while to find, was found in the back somewhere. Not a massive issue but it was the second hottest day of the year outside!!????

Trouble finding keys on late return to pick up My vehicle left unlocked for the duration of the booking. I know because I have a app on my phone that tracks my vehicle

Our flight was cancelled as we travelled to the airport. Our booking was unused, yet you refused to reimburse. Sentinel, who operated the car park, confirmed they would have refunded us had we booked directly with them. We will in future.
