First of all I'm still awaiting a booking refund from you guys seem Ed to over book the carpark?? Don't want vouchers want direct payments to card thanks also my car was scratched on car park at Leeds and Bradford looks like someone did with a door. Thanks ????

There was absolutely nothing I would change The automatic number plate recognition worked and we went in and out of the car park with minimum fuss. The additional fast track through security was perfect as I was travelling with a child and it definitely made everything easier
