i was charged an additonal £3.2 when leaving the car park, and with a queue behind me i was unable to get out and find the attendant.

When booking it is not clear there is an additional, compulsory, charge of £7.50 to leave the car park. Why is this not made clear so the total price can be compared properly with other options?

If you offer a meet and greet service maybe you should actually meet and greet. Neither happened with us.

It was not easy to find the temporary location of the long stay park at LCY but Grace was a huge help and was quite graceful as well. Pls add a few more of the diversion signs so its super clear how to get there.

I paid extra to have my car cleaned. it came back dirtier than when I left it! really annoyed. wouldn't use that service again

Felt the service was excellent and very easy. Was disappointed to find out as we collected our car that we needed to pay more to actually get out of the car park. This was not stated when we made the booking.

when booking the meet and greet there wasn't a mention of the parking £7.50 charge i had to pay exiting the london city airport. you should mention this extra unexpected cost when paying for the booking

I have nothing bad to say about this product however I have a little comment to do : I understand it's important to call purple parking 20mins before arriving at the car park but it is a little bit trick if alone in the car.
