Slightly disappointed with having to pay for parking when leaving airport. This should have been included in the price.

Not being able to meet the driver at the drop-off area but rather to go into the longstay carpark and especially on the return I waited over 15 minutes for the car, still to end up actually paying to go out of the car park despite only being there for 1 1/2 minutes

The airline cancelled my flight the evening before, due to winds. I was unable to cancel the parking as it was within 24 hours. Penalized, through no fault of my own.
