Terrible car park!I paid for a space and after arriving and finding the final space in the car park was barely big enough for my small car I had to escape through the passenger door to exit my vehicle.Unacceptable.

I will not be using this service ever again as it was never made clear to us that it would cost so much to and from the airport in taxis provided by easy hotel and purple parking. I would rather pay the extra and park at the airport at least we get a free shuttle bus to and from our car. We paid 86 gbp for parking and another 40 gbp to get to and from our car. This should be more clear at time of booking your service.

Parking at easyhotel was a struggle. There was one space left which wasn’t an actual space. There was one other space but it was so poorly laid out and two vehicles either side, I wouldn’t have been able to get mine in. I don’t know what we would have done if we hadn’t found the other space. I would be too nervous to book again in case I couldn’t get parked. Plus the cost of the parking and paying for transport to the airport worked out the same if not more than parking closer or at a valet car park with a shuttle bus. Wouldn’t recommend

Wasn’t obvious at booking that airport transfer wasn’t included, as it is with most airport parking - this added a lot of extra cost with Uber transfer’s. An assumption on my part but worth paying a little more for park and ride.

The shuttle bus hoops wad very disappointing. Waited over 45 minutes for it to arrive and eventually thanks to the receptionist we were able to book a taxi. This was a further 15 minutes but did turn up. We didn't even bother with the service on our return, saving further disappointment.

no indication on your website that this car park only serves terminals 2 and 3. no indication that the transfer to the terminal only operates every 45-50 minutes. pathetically poor and inadequate service upon arrival, but purple parking's website information about the service is by far the worst aspect of this car parking service
