Left my car with them and came back to a dirty car with mud and bird stains on it! Would of been nice to either spray it down or kept it in an underground car park away from the out doors element since I parked it at the underground hotel

I made a booking on Sunday evening for Monday morning but booked the wrong terminal in error. Despite trying to amend the booking I could not contact your company and had to pay twice for parking. Remember good price is not the same as good service!

on the way in there were no trolleys to take the baggage to the airport. It would have been nice to have a few trolley near the start of the tunnel to the airport
