MBW Meet & GreetWell ... it wasn't Purple Parking, but MBW. I thought that I had purchased PP. They were very good, but just saying. Also, directions could be more obvious. I travel a lot and in my opinion they are not totally clear.

MBW Meet & GreetVery efficient operation, dropping off the car and collecting it at the end of our stay. We had to wait about 15 minutes for mthe car to arrive but judging by the traffic problems we had getting out of the car park one couldn't complain. Will definitely use this service again.

MBW Meet & GreetOverall - Very happy with the service. To move from a 9 to a 10, instead of requiring phone call on landing since flight details are providing having the car brought to short term when the flight lands would be ideal. The wait from phone call to car arriving was 20 minutes which is perfectly reasonable, but not needing to call would take from 9 to 10.

MBW Meet & GreetWe were very pleased with Purpleparking . When we dropped our car off at terminal 2 Heathrow The Captain who greeted us was helpful professional and charming, a great ambassador for your company . Sadly I forgot to get his name. On return we followed the clear instructions given and within 10 minutes our car arrived. We have used Purpleparking before and will keep doing so for the convenience that Meet and Greet affords.

MBW Meet & GreetWe booked Meet and Greet parking with MBW at London Heathrow Terminal 2 and they were fantastic. On the way to the airport, the driver window shattered whilst on the motorway; they took our car with glass all over it, cleared it up and temporarily repaired the window with plastic until we got back. Will definitely always use MBW in future - they are superstars!

It arrived about 25 minutes later after we waited at the MBW desk for nearly 20 minutes. The car had actually not been been started until after my first call.

MBW Meet & GreetMBW Parking I have to let you know that I feel very disappointed because when I collected my car I discovered that someone rummaged through the glove compartment. I had a purse with £20 coins in there and that had disappeared. The windscreen cloth (genuine chamois leather) had also been taken away. The rubber on the clutch pedal was not there anymore. What I was left with was a lot of mud and dirt on the car floor.
