All the staff member could advise was that it’s a universal site it would have been in the small print yet I checked the small print because it being a bigger vehicle and I couldn’t see it. Then we noticed our booking confirmation stated terminal 2 and we were flying from terminal 5. Now the fact I put in my flight details you would think I’d only have parking from terminal 5. We only noticed this at half 8 in the evening the night before we were due to fly, so no one to speak to and from the website we’d get charged ridiculous amounts to make a new booking if we did it on the day. So I panicked and booked a new booking for terminal 5 as it stated on the website that there are dedicated shuttle buses for each terminal and the only way to get from terminal 2 to 5 was London Underground (From Google). We arrived at the parking and the staff member said no we can use your original booking and that the shuttle bus would stop at 2 and 5!! Yet when we came home to the parking we only had a shuttle from terminal 5. On return details were given on which number bus stop to go to and as luck would have it one arrived straight away. It was all OK. The web site wouldn't let me change anything even though there was a prompt to do so. The live chat 3 infact one would not let me reply, unwanted to charge me for the whole period including the extra day when I had already paid107 pounds, the last one wanted to charge me the difference for the extra day but then discovered it was impossible to do. Purple parking however managed the whole process in 30 seconds and only charged 10 pounds.
