The T4 system of bussing to T2 then train is unacceptable and when we next have a T4 flight we will be looking for parking elsewhere. Also, the transfer buses are totally impractical with their limited luggage space and for the elderly (I'm 80) to have to lift a heavy case as high as 5 feet into the rack is also unacceptable. I would think seriously before using PP again.

I have used Purple Parking in the past and I found the latest experience poor. At the old site the driver helped put ones baggage into the trailer and always helped both at PP and the airport and took you to the appropriate terminal. This time there was no assistance from the driver who never got out of the cab ( and got no tips). We flew from terminal 4 and were dropped off at terminal 2 and had to find our way to 4 with baggage and back on our return. All this for a higher price that I have paid in the past with all the add on's like paying for a late return. Purple Parking has got greedy while removing the service

You need to run shuttle service to Terminal 4 Heathrow airport or make it VERY CLEAR at booking that you don't. It is the firt time I am very disappointed by your service.

This is not a suitable car park for terminal 4. I have booked with PP for many previous holidays, and went back automatically. The booking was clearly accepted as suitable for T4, but the one hour transfer was uncompetitive,

Always used purple parking at Gatwick and Heathrow. The price at Heathrow this time was more than last, but always been painless. You've now changed the mini buses to coaches that we had to wait 20 mins for one to leave, and then told they don't go to terminal 4 (no mention of this on website or when booking) and have to get the express train. It took us an hour from checking in our car to arriving at the terminal. Very dissapointing especially at that price. We got a taxi on return, to avoid the ballache of walking, training and coaching with all of our luggage. Won't be using the Heathrow branch again.

I'm extremely not happy for the arrangement of terminal 4, I've been using purple parking over 20 years, it always has excellent service, but I am so disappointed on the arrangement for terminal 4 passengers, I am exhausted using the airport express, was carrying luggages using the long walk to the airport express was exhausted.

The postcode given on email confirmation did not take me to the parking - very far away and struggled to get to actual parking (by following written directions) - this made me very late for check in. Also - in lounge I had to wait a long time for them to verify me - as they had no record of me buying access. Not a good experience.

I did not appreciate from the web site how much hassle it would be to get to and from Heathrow T4. If I had known, I would have parked elsewhere. The web site should not advertise your service as being suitable for travel from T4.

Bring back connection to Terminal 4 at Heathrow. We had to pay £26 for a taxi from T2 to T4. The Heathrow Express did not run early enough for our flight. Also we were given a return card with the wrong contact phone number. No sympathy was given from your staff at Heathrow Purple Parking, with the exception of Sonny, who was powerless to refund the taxi fare.

Your staff are always friendly and helpful, but the transfers have got more difficult recently. The main problem on this trip was that my flight was from T4. Making a transfer to T2 and asking your customers to catch the Heathrow Express is simply not enough: my transfer time from parking to airport on this trip was 60 minutes in one direction and minutes in the other. Also, if you provide a contact phone number and you post it on your bus stops, then you need to answer that phone. I have been a regular (monthly) customer, but I'm afraid I now have to look for other options.

Since you have changed the way we can park it has become a nightmare. Catching trains, underground with heavy cases adds stress to our journey, not to mention the time involved. You drivers do not assist with getting cases in and out of the trailers.

1) Provide air conditioned coaches, or windows on the coach to Heathrow - the coach was airless in +30C heat. 2) Restore the transfer to T4 @ Heathrow. Lugging suitcases, etc. is a real struggle via Heathrow Express from T2 to T4.

Around 8am Thursday monrning I waited for the Purple bus for 50 minites at bus stop 17, terminal 2, the Heatheor airport, I tried to find the pbone numbers. However, the two numbers given to me were 1) automatic answering number that gives instruction after landing and 2) out-of-hour contact number.

1. your landline number at T3 Heathrow bus stop was ‘not in order’ slightly before 11pm and the mobile out of office went to voicemail. 2. I needed to get to T4 for 6.45am flight - what a nightmare with no direct bus from your premises - I nearly missed flight. 3. I used to call when landing and it would automate to send a bus, now I just get a message of which bus stop to go to with no indication whether one is coming.
