Cannot speak highly enough of this service at Heathrow. Nothing could have been easier. There was no need to call them once we had picked up our baggage on our return (as I had experienced with other airport parking). They knew our flight number and had our car ready & waiting. The staff were all so nice and friendly. I would certainly use them again and would be happy to recommend them to others.

your system at Premier inn Terminal 4 worked very well indeed, perhaps a travelator in the walk way (joke). Perfect facility. we used to drop off at the Bath Road but this was great.

Car was spotless inside and out when dropped off, but was covered in mud on driver's side and passenger rear seat. Looks as though used as taxi as no need for anyone to be in the back

As we were travelling from Heathrow T4, we were able to take advantage of the parking available at The Premier Inn. Fortunately, I was aware exactly where to go, as I had read earlier from other travellers about the location, which is not obvious. Once we arrived at the Premier Inn parking garage, it all worked very well, both on the way out and returning.

To put BIG sign of Purple Parking on the entrance , clearly seen to the drivers. I was looking for the place for 30 minutes Satnav indicating l reached my distnation , but l couldn’t see any sign for purple Parking.

Very easy parking for T4 at Heathrow. Left car at Premier Inn car park and 3 min walk to terminal. On way back, retraced steps and car was waiting. Easy

Parked at Terminal 4, in the Premier Inn. Parking check in was great and the walking transit to the terminal was as described. Pick up was equally smooth , car ready to drive away. Car had travelled less a mile to and from the secure parking. Note - the entrance to the Hotel is obscured by scaffold and we missed the entrance first time round. Perhaps you ,Purple ,could add a nice clear sign to the scaffold to reinforce where you need to turn in ??
