What to do when you arrive at Sofitel Short Stay:

Drive to the Sofitel Hotel and park up in their underground car park. From there, walk via the covered walkway directly into T5. If you're not flying from Terminal 5, hop on the free Heathrow Express to any of the other terminals.

How to get to Heathrow Airport:

No transfers are required! Walk to Terminal 5 in less than 5 minutes via the covered walkway.

What to do when you return:

Once you get back from your holiday, take the covered walkway from Terminal 5 back to the Sofitel where you will need to get your parking ticket approved by guest relations. Next, pick your car up and use your ticket to get out the car park.
