Very efficient. Would suggest giving more information on what to expect at Jet Parks. We were a little surprised to enter and park without handing keys in at a reception.

In future, I will only book meet and greet or walk to car park. The coach transfer and wait for the coach take far too long.

Make instructions about going through the barrier clearer. I. E. That you will be issued a ticket at the barrier when you pre pay. We thought we were going to be charged again which was stressful

The carpark lettering system are not in the best order when being dropped back to the carpark. The bus driver speaking could not be heard properly at the back of the bus over the microphone, the screens were not working to let us know what stop we are at. And I got to my car covered in large dollops of bird poo which ruins the paint work if left on long enough. I was away for 10 days so I don’t know how long it has been there for. It is hard to get on and off the bus with a pushchair

Quick and Easy. Nice option might be a able to add "Car Park" and "Bus Stop" against the booking on your account. User could add this on arrival for reference on their return.
