On arrival the route in through the scanner was not laid out, or clear, requiring me and other vehicles to reverse in the dark! Eventually some members of staff arrived and sorted it out.

Whoever drove my car either from or back to Meet & Greet must have planted the passenger side front wheel at some speed into a ditch at roadside. The tyre was (still is) covered in mud and the psi reading on the tyre was indicating low at 30 on the dashboard. I have refilled the tyre but the steering wheel is still not totally steady. It is absolutely clear in my mind that my car was treated with a total lack of respect by the driver at Meet & Greet. I will be driving myself next time.

I booked on Ryanair flight FR8157, from Tenerife on 16th Sept arriving Stansted on the 17th Sept. However the system had me arriving back on the 16th Sept. I was obliged to pay £25 for the extra day. I was not happy. Can you explain what happened.

There were no signs for Purple Parking, hence NO meet & greet that I paid for. We had to pay another £7 to get out of Stansted Drop Off. The phone number you gave just goes straight through to Stansted Airport. An attendant told us to go to Red bays, the Nan there said ‘ no, go into orange’ It totally ruined our holiday as my husband tried contacting you numerous times in case we had to pay another £145 to get out. Terrible service. Total disaster. Ruined our holiday. Would not recommend ????

I’m very happy with the staff at Stansted, those driving my car in particular. I forgot on my passenger seat the £1,500 worth of €s I had bought for my holiday. Only realised once I reached the end of my flight. Upon my return to the UK, my money had been tucked away safely in the glove box. So refreshing to experience the impact of the good values and principles that your staff displayed with that act
