Airparks ShortRun LutonWhen I arrived the attendant could not find my booking even though I had your email and a printed copy of my booking. He tried to tell I was at the wrong place. I pointed out that I wasn’t and airparks shortrun was in big letters on his cabin that matched my paperwork! I was asked to park up where eventually he found it and I parked up as planned. Not what you need at 3.30am especially with a 5 year old. When I returned from my holiday the bus driver then tried to tell me I had the wrong bus - again my ticket said board the bus named ‘shortrun’ which I did and it took me to the correct car park. Your staff are clueless, it was a complete shambles for such a supposedly simple process which cost me £80. Would not recommend.

Airparks ShortRun LutonI didn’t book the dates on my booking, they were automatically changed by your system when I put my flight details in so the booking wasn’t used. I have complained but have got absolutely nowhere. Your automated system, including this email, isn’t good. If you linked my booking number with my complaint you would know I never used the Carpark

Airparks ShortRun LutonInformation on the website is misleading. It states that transfer is available when needed. However, when I arrived, there was a very long que with people and I had to wait for second bus about 20 minutes. I almost missed my flight.

Airparks ShortRun LutonYour parking lot is very poorly sign posted. We could not find it for over an hour. We had to be pay 9.50 when we went into the parking lot we were told was ours, but was not (3rd level of parking lot 2).
