Luton long stay didn't recognise number plate on entry or exit. was asking to pay £240. Rang car park attendant (10 mins of waiting) to give code which worked and we were let out. Probably car park issue but others just seem to work.

The Luton Airport Long Stay Car Park was easy to navigate via sat nav and street signs. The entry, exit and parking were all easy with ample spaces. The shuttle bus service was also adequate. The only problem I had while returning to the car park by bus was to locate the correct stop to get off. I would recommend the buses to have electronic boards displaying the current and approaching stops for convenience.

I booked specifically meet and greet option because I needed to be quick and yet when I arrived at the car park, I had go park myself and get a bus which comes every 20 minutes, this almost caused me to miss my flight as the gate was closing

No problem with finding carpark. Google map took me straight there and i hadn't been to Luton before. The return bus service to long stay car park was not signposted on leaving terminal and was difficult to find. I realise this is not your fault but have a word.

The constant problem with Luton Airport car parks is that their electronic system doesn’t seem to recognise your bookings so I get stuck at the exit barrier and have to get the control room to release me
