Waited 15 minutes to get out. Barrier would not accept my code. Gate wanted £256 to exit. Chat took too long to load and too long to re-tell each operator what the problem was. Beyond poor.

Advised parking was short walk but on returning at nearly midnight it did not feel very safe, managed to get a bus who dropped us at the bottom of the road but midstay is not a good idea for elderly people.

Misleading distance from the car park to terminal, with a narrow walkway to get there when carrying large bags if people are coming in the other direction. Need to get the transfer buses unless you only have hand luggage.

Usually no problems, but this time barrier didnt recognise my numberplate on the way out so I had to go through the intercom. All was OK but just thought I would flag it incase something needs repairing (I checked the booking at the reg number was correct).
