The car park is a good 10 minutes walk, over rubble,up hill, through an underpass! Not as we were led to believe! On exit, the barrier would not rise. After calling for assistance for 5 minutes, eventually someone answered. The barrier then asked for an additional £210.00 in order to exit. After another 7 minutes, the assistant agreed to rise the barrier! Extremely stressful experience!

As a 3rd party, you could not help me with extending the booking time and I had to discuss it directly with the parking guys (they could help though, not your guys). It is much easier to go directly to the parking provider as the price is the same + they CAN help with the booking.

Would have been better to have explanation that you take a ticket which is prepaid and works on vehicle recognition - as it seems that you will be charged for taking a ticket. Other than that it worked very well.

Ensure the carpark exit camera actually recognises vehicle registrations, thereby avoiding need to dig out paperwork after a flight delayed by 7 hours!!! Also request for assistance call should be responded to a lot quicker.

Got to the exit barrier on leaving at Luton Airport and were asked to pay £500+. A quick talk with the man on the communicator and all was fixed.

When I went to leave the car park, the machine did not recognise my numberplate so I had to pay the full amount (£174) again. Luckily I had this amount, but imagine if I had maxed-out my credit card. There was a HUGE queue of cars behind me, and I had already been waiting half an hour so I think there was something wrong with the ANPR. I have contacted your team for a refund, which is forthcoming, but it was quite stressful at the time.
