waited 1.5 hours to get my car back on my return trip with a 2 year old child at midnight, paid nearly £200 for the meet and greet service. very annoyed, not a service more like a nightmare.

On our return the car took some 15 minutes extra to get to us despite phoning ahead by 10 minutes as suggested.

You could ensure that cars are ready when customers arrive to collect them. Despite phoning from the baggage collection area, we had to wait nearly an hour, which would have been upsetting at any time but, at 01.00 on a cold night with a long drive ahead of us, was horrible. We were not the only people to have been inconvenienced in this way.

When I first called to say they should bring the park, they said I should let them know when I passed the passport control. I ended up waiting for 15 min in the parking with a 2 year old...

have normally been satisfied with level of service , but this time when we arrived there was a lack of parking spaces, and we had to double bank park to unload initially. However when we returned we waited at the agreed place for 5-10 minutes which was ok, but a massive argument erupted between your staff and car park controller? in front of us and other customers, and one driver was ordered to leave the car park. When our car arrived they had not organised the validating of our ticket, so they had to go off an do this. I have used Purple Parking on numerous occasions, and have never had this experience before. Please could you respond to me on this issue and what you intend to do, but demand a full refund on this occasion, and await your response!

I didn't realise there was a time limit or that there was a carpark ticket. We were delayed getting out of Luton airport, and it was a rush to get back to the car on time. The route from the airport to the pick up point was difficult to find. Your staff were brilliant and helped all they could.

On our return to the airport, Swift Parking were late in returning our car, and did not warn us of the delay. We therefore waited in a freezing cold windy car park for some time, while the Swift Parking staff sat unhelpfully in a car nearby with the engine running. Would not use this service again.

Waited 40 minutes from 10:45-11:30 PM for car to arrive. "Swift" certainly didn't live up to their name. Would not use meet and greet service at Luton again.

I paid for meet and greet parking. Was advised to call the number provided once we had collected our luggage, I called this number 3 times and no one answered, and on the third attempt they hung up! When I got to the car park we had to wait 45 minutes for the car to arrive! We had to stand in the freezing cold in an open multi storey car park with sideways wind and rain blowing at us. Nothing so much as an apology or anything! Disgusting service and a complete con!
