Service levels with APH substandard, refused access with pram to bus and already pram on. Multiple persons refused as full left waiting 30 minutes with infant and pregnant wife at 2 in the morning. Will never use APH again.

The entire process was fantastic. No hassle at all. The bus drivers were very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was ready for us on arrival and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

Clearly there was a problem on collection, but you didn't communicate it. It felt like you also made sure the telephone was left on engaged so you could not receive complaints. The bus driver received the frustration from waiting passengers, but he looked too familiar with it. I will avoid in future.
