excellent service. Easy to book. Reasonable price. Close to airport and bus service from airport to car park and vice versa. Driver on way to airport very helpful and assisted with loading luggage on the bus. Very friendly and chatty. Bus clean.

Maintenance repairs needed on tarmac and some parking is difficult due to large puddles and not being able to step out of you vehicle when parked up.

transfer bus drop-off point at Manchester terminal 1 is a very long walk from the jet2 check-in desks in departure zone B which was unexpected and very awkward when carrying heavy hold baggage - isn't there an easier drop off point you could have used?

Booked jetparks 1 which is easy to find and buses are frequent. Just one criticism, the Car park needs to be tarmac (or another smooth surface) and not stones as most of it was muddy puddles. Dragging suitcases across this surface is difficult, and then we ended up putting them into the car when the wheels are muddy!

jetparks 1 was a quagmire and the bus service extremely poor, waited nearly three quaff an hour to be told that the traffic was bad - total rubbish! Will only use jet park plus in future which is very good.

Everything was fine, the bus was quick and we didn't have to wait at all coming home. The car park was rather dark in places, so it was difficult to see spaces to park, so maybe a few more street lights would be helpful.

All ran smoothly - barrier recognised the car on arrival and departure and buses were regular - didn't have to wait long. Very impressed.

The postcode for Jetparks 1 Manchester was incorrect, hence we had difficulty finding it. When we eventually found it, the road surface was dreadful, so much so we weren't able to wheel our cases, but had to carry them. There is no drainage either, so with the rain we've had the puddles were enormous. Also when we returned to the airport, the signage to the bus stop wasn't clear.

Great, but as you'd changed us from Jet 1 to T2 multi-storey and hadn't made actual arrangements at T2 we had difficulty getting out !

So may holes and water was collecting everywhere that made it impossible to avoid. Our shoes and socks were wet before getting to the bus stop!
