OK value but very difficult to find a space; it took me 10 minutes! When I reached the bus stop, I found I'd just missed a bus and the wait was about 25 minutes.

Arrived at Ringway Manchester to find cars driving around and no spaces. Dozens of cars parked under signs saying no parking in this area. Spoke to staff member and ended up doing the same. Paid to park on car park not grass verge. Will not use again and will be informing Manchester airport as this is a recommended car park.

Serious lack of buses on returning to car,no signs on bus stops.Buses stopping randomly & nearly full up when we finally got one.Everyone we spoke to off same opinion

Only gave a score of 7 because the buses that take you to the airport are not adapted with large luggage areas.

Thursday 1/9/22 I arrived at the carpark at 8am I waited for a bus from approx 8.10 until 9am!!! 3 busses were visible but only one took any passengers The driver was very jobs worth stating that rostas and breaks were a problem!! Passenger's were visibly anxious about arriving at the airport with sufficient time ahead of their flights Not the start that you need to your holiday

turned up onsite, bus for 2:15 did not turn up, then bus for 2:30 did not turn up. bus for 2:45 turned up, we were lucky to be at the 1st bus stop as there were that many people the driver at to turn the others away because the bus was full. we missed our flights as a consequence

Overpriced, and had to circle for a long time to find a space to park in. They seem to keep taking bookings without the thought of the car park getting filled up. There were cars parked in areas they shouldn’t have been parked.

DO NOT mention your other sister companies on the same confirmation emails and website pages. eg. The website confirmation is on *purpleparking.com*, The document says "The postcode for *Jetparks 3* is M22 5WE", but elsewhere on the same document that I had printed off, it says "*Jetparks Ringway*, ... , M22 5WE". 3 different companies offering car parking (note, I haven't mentioned Jetparks 1 or Jetparks 2!). Your documentation shows the same postcode for JP3 & Ringway, yet they are actually a mile or two apart, and the bus shuttles are run by different companies, so we had to go back to the airport to wait for the next bus out. When I am tired after flying back to the UK, having to work out which one of 3 companies mentioned on my confirmation sheet that I need to know, so that I catch the correct bus out of Manchester Airport is not what I needed (yes, I saw the Jetparks 3 mentioned on my doc when we came out of the terminal, and so we caught that bus, then found out we should have caught the Jetparks Ringway Bus). Why not make it easier for your customers and only mention the company and the car park of the produxt they are paying you for?

The transfer bus is literally a bus but how do u expect ppl with luggage to fit??? It was chaos getting back to the car park when landed back in the uk !!!Plus people were confused with car park they was in due to names being so simular jet2ringway, jet2parkway ect driver not helpful at all

The gravelled walkways were very difficult to wheel suitcases on, parking lines would help people park more responsibly so it doesn’t take so long to find a space, lots of wasted gaps. Otherwise a good experience

Everything was great. Maybe a tab on the site telling people where to wait for the bus at what ever terminal they are coming from? If it exists make it more prominent as I couldn't see it.

Everything worked smoothly. Drove straight in, transfer bus arrived quickly both ways. Car still there when we returned! Only improvement would be to ask drivers to wait till people seated before driving. Multiple times there would be people struggling with getting luggage into racks while the bus moved off. Someone is going to get hurt otherwise.

Slightly longer than expected wait for a bus on our return home. Parking bays not marked out which resulted in some suspect parking not making the best of the space. However very straightforward to get in and out of the car park without any fuss of scanning barcodes.
