The car park is quite close to Terminal 3 (although a long way down to the car) The registration plate recognition is variable. I got to barrier it didn't recognise plate (not for first time). I pressed the call button no answer reversed out and into another bay and it worked.

You did good, very impressed with the whole experiance. We parked up and within seconds a mini bus picked us up. EXCELLENT as my wife is disabled

When I came out of the terminal and asked one of the airport staff where to board a bus to take me to the car park, I was told there wasn't one and I would have to walk. I don't believe that was the service promised.

I'd pre-paid yet spent 30 mins in the rain trying to get either the person on the barrier to help, or someone on the intercom to answer, which then invariably added an extra 1 hour to my journey as I hit rush hour traffic.

ANPR didn't work when we arrived. We spent 20-30 mins looking for a space. I called Purple parking for advice and wasn't given any. ANPR didn't work when we left.

Very poor pickup procedure on return to Manchester Airport. We had to wait for over 25 minutes for the minibus to collect us. The driver said it was because security would not let him in or out.

It was extremely difficult to find a space to park causing time spent in touring the park until somebody moved. not good when you're on a tight schedule even when you think You've left enough time to park.

Long wait for shuttle "bus". When it came it was full. It was a transit minibus with about 12 seats.Driver said quicker to walk to terminal. Not very impressed when we had a plane to catch

The minor setbacks we 'suffered' only came because of roadworks in the car park etc. The only real suggestion is that you make a concerted effort to get an RFID for the vans so the drivers don't need to make a call to enter/exit the barriers at the terminals.

Unfortunately my car was completely covered in dust due to construction work adjacent to the car park. I had to have my vehicle cleaned & waxed (£7.50) following collection - recognition via credit of this amount would have been a goodwill gesture

Hard to fine. When we arrived it gave us a green token. On our return we had to wait for the bus for 20 minutes. When we got to the barriers it would not open asking for £200.00for the 5 day stay although we had prebooked and paid. There were no staff available and we pressed the buzzer and no one responded. we phoned the number on the e mail of confirmation and we were then told to press the buzzer again. We were told there had been a mistake when we first arrived and the barrier did not recognise the car and should not have given us a token. The barrier was opened but the hold up was 30 minutes let alone the distress.

Upon arrival, there were NO space bays and I was one of several cars driving around looking for a space. I rang contact number but got no reply. In the end, I stopped a woman who was walking back to her car, gave her a lift to it and took her bay as she left. On return, after a 7 hour flight delay, I was unable to exit the car park until I spoke to an operative who was kind enough to let me out without extra charge.

Perhaps advise customers just to be careful to park in the correct car park as there are multiple car parks in the airport area and I found it a little confusing

Absolutely no problems but I parked next to 2 or 3 bays which were coned off in yellow zone 5 and was surprised to find a new bus stop erected right up to the side of my car. A very polite notice had been left on the windscreen and no damage had been caused to my vehicle but I think a little bit more room should have been coned off but it might well be that someone had moved further cones prior to my arrival. I think the area should have been more securely reserved by the contractors. I found the situation quite amusing as I couldn't remember parking next to a bus shelter!
