Drive directly to the Terminal 2 Long Stay car park where the entry barrier will recognise your car registration and automatically raise for. Head in, find a parking space and park up; you keep your keys so your car will be exactly where you left it (make a not of this to make finding you car easier when you get back).
How to get to Manchester Airport:
When you are ready to head to the airport there is a free transfer bus to Terminal 2 which runs every 10 minutes and takes around 10 minutes to reach the airport.
What to do when you return:
Catch one of the free transfer shuttles back to the car park and locate the space you parked in. Drive to the exit barrier which will automatically lift for you and you can be on your way!
