All good. A credit voucher due to Covid cancellation had expired but was honoured by Purple Parking. I actually parked in the wrong car park by mistake but this was sorted without any fuss or additional expense. Quality Customer Service comes to the fore when things don't quite go as planned.

The booking proce3ss and app download was very easy and was smooth. The only issue was the automatic number plate recognition did not work at Manchester Airport

Our flight was delayed and I had paid the £2 extra to protect against this but when I came to exit T2 East at 2.30 am after a 12 hour delay the barrier wouldn’t raise. The voice contact waived the extra £25 but said I should have had to pay and claim it back from PP. This wasn’t made clear when booking.

Very difficult to improve on excellent. Drove up, NPR opened barrier, parked, holiday returned, left parking, NPR Opened barrier. Very simple.

Very Easy to find the car park, just drive in, find a parking space, a 2 minute walk to departures and head off on holiday. Come back, walk 2 minutes to the same parking space while everyone else waits for shuttle buses and drive straight out. Could not have been any easier and quicker. The best airport parking service I have used for a long time. Would recommend for anyone flying from Manchester Airport Terminal 2.
