The car was a mess not sure what field you had it parked in for the 3 weeks also when picking the car up the passenger window was covered in tape which after waiting for an hour for baggage wasn't great queue was too big to ask why the tape as just wanted to get back home

The signage when you arrive back is awful. On the ticket it states "make your way back to Area B in the key collection shelter" - where the heck is that? When you come out into the arrivals hall there are 2 signs; one for East Car Park, the other for West. My wife had a badly twisted ankle making things worse. But we went to the lift in the middle of the East Car Park and up to Level B (the ticket says so !!) - nothing. So I went to the top floor; nothing and then into the departure lounge to one of your guys at key drop off and asked him. He said loads have the same problem. So back down to Ground Level. Why not simply say on the ticket; East Car Park, Gnd Level Key Collection Shelter, Key Locker B ?? We don't know the airport like you do. 3 of your guys said it happens all the time; COME ON MANAGEMENT - LISTEN and get some signs up and change the text on your ticket !!!!

Great communication and support when I had an accidental double booking on the system. Immediate refund of the cost. Easy modern systems meant no paperwork needed. My car was just outside the reception when I got back. Last year Vueling changed my flight back to one day later. Purple parking were amazing. No penalty incurred. Perfect in every way. I would never use any other service

Very smooth operation. All went to plan and very efficient. I would recommend paying the small extra in case of delays as we waited 2 hours for our luggage to come on to the carousel.

I was told in booking to inform the staff when dropping off the keys that we were flying into terminal 3 (terminal 2 departure) and the car would be taken there for us per the meet and greet offering. When we checked the car in we were told we had to go back to terminal 2 which defeats the object of the premium meet and greet service. When we went back to the terminal 2 drop off point upon our return after 15 minute walk from terminal 3 we were then sent to a different collection point a further 10 minute walk away. So we were completely mislead about the meet and greet option so I believe that we are entitled to a refund of the meet and greet charges for the return trip and compensation for being mislead and then having to go in a 25 minute walk to get our car keys. I have used meet and greet in multiple occasions with work and the whole point is that you drop your keys off int he departure terminal and then collect the car outside the terminal on your return. Please can someone contact me re refund & compensation.

When we arrived at Manchester we were looking for signs for Purple Parking, but we now realise it is called Meet & Greet. As we were in traffic and under pressure from other motorists we made a wrong turning TWICE and ended up in the main drop off zone which cost us £10!! Better signage would be very helpful, but the system once we were in was fantastic & very easy to understand.

Actually offer a M&G service. I am disabled and need that level of service. We left from T2 but arrived back at T1 with no M&G in sight. If not for a car park bus driver we would have been stuck.
