Could not exit car park, barrier help intercom just rang and rang, tried telephone number, message just stated were busy. Had to go looking for someone to let us out.

We parked in a bay just after the entrance barriers to short stay car park 2. There was no signage to show us which way to walk out.

No problems whatsoever. Prebooked short stay 2 at Newcastle airport. CCTV on entry reads number plate and lifts barrier, ticket issued, used to exit and end of holiday. Easy as......,

Stop sending so many emails after booking. So very annoying and unsolicited. Unsubscribing doesn’t seem to work either. Really puts me off using company in the future.

On mislaying parking ticket there was a very slow response to the press button enquiry on the machine inside Newcastle Airport but eventually it was very helpful.

Thank you, our scheduled flight from Barcelona to Newcastle was cancelled (due to air traffic control strike in France). Upon our return, more than 24 hours after expected scheduled arrival, Purple Parking did not charge us the extra fee - due to the circumstances beyond our control.
