Great service. Very fast and efficient. Driver excellent. From arrival at car park, getting on coach with luggage, driving for less than ten minutes and being dropped right outside the cruise terminal was all so easy and prompt. Exactly same on return. No picking up keys or trundling luggage through CPC car park. Was on the road in my car within 15 minutes of getting off ship. Seamless.

The Sat Nav Postcode is not accurate enough. You need a little message on your website that says “opposite St Mary’s Southampton Football Club. That would make life a little less stressful.

we waited an hour before a minibus arrived as the fist one was full, rang twice to see how long the wait would be but told that it was on its way.

There was some lack of communication when we arrived as to the process.Was waiting around in the rain with the luggage before shuttle arrived didn’t seem to be a system but overall was happy with the service.On return the shuttle was ready and waiting excellent.

Parking and travel into port was great but the signage for the actual parking area was dreadful. We were not the only ones who drove up and down the surrounding streets looking for it. Also, we booked with purple parking and the place is signed Lynx - very confusing

There was no sign in Wrens Farm car park or at the port drop off pick up point to say Purple Parking. It was intact Air Lynx.
