What to do when you arrive:
The address for the car park will be provided to your on your email booking confirmation, so pop that in your Sat Nav. Head to the car park and park in any space. You keep your keys with this service.
How to get to Southampton Port:
If you're travelling from the Ocean Terminal: If you've booked the package for the Ocean Terminal, you will simply need to walk there once you've parked up. It takes about ten mimnutes.
If you're travelling from any other terminal: For any other terminal at Southampton port, make sure you book the "All Terminal" package for the Ocean Way Car Park. With this service, you will receive a taxi transfer from the car park to your terminal.
What to do when you return:
If you're travelling from the Ocean Terminal: Simply walk back to your car from the Ocean Terminal. It will be exactly where you left it, so you simply need to hop in and hit the road.
If you're travelling from any other terminal: Give the taxi company a ring about an hour before you're due to disembark your ship, and they will be ready and waiting to whisk you back to the car park.

Additional information:
- - This package is accessible, with several accessible bays available. Please ensure you display your Blue Badge once you've parked.
- - There are two packages available - one for those travelling from Ocean Terminal who will be able to walk to the terminal, and a package for those travelling from any other terminal, in which the package will include a taxi transfer. Please make sure you select the correct package for your requirements.
- - Type 2 Tesla electric charge points are available for those with electric vehicles. They operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, and you'll need to download the Monta app to use them.
- - Ocean Way Car Park offers a 45 minute grace period both before and after your parking session. Beyond this, you will be subject to the car park's typical daily charge of £25 per day, subject to change.
- - Most standard cars (ie ones without trailers and that are not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park if they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit within a standard-sized parking spot (2.4m x 4.8m).
