A notice to head for short term parking would have been helpful. The staff were very helpful and courteous when dropping off the car and returning to it. The free electric charge was really appreciated.

Had to go round twice before getting to the red flag. Some form of signage would have been very useful as no-one was there to direct. Car pick up was a breeze, closer than CPS parking!

Booking system and directions were very clear. Personnel at the port were very helpful and there were no issues on drop off or collection. An excellent choice for Southampton port parking.

The reason for a slightly lower score was due to the drop off taking longer than expected. Although there were a lot of people doing the same. The collection was very efficient & speedy.

Please advise the red flag team meeting point is inside the car park rather than a sign at the entrance or fence. Otherwise this service is seamless and exceptional.
