The car park was very easily located, however there was no one there to direct us on what to do. We found out by asking the port officials and other customers.

Appears to be no limits on bookings plus with walk in allowed their is a risk if no spaces being available. Plus we had to park in the further away overflow car park

Read comments about Southampton triangle parking suggesting spaces were limited. We had to park in the car park furthest and walk farther to the terminal,

Unsure as to how secure the Triangle car park at Southampton is.It was unmanned when we arrived and there is no secure entry/exit system in place….we even asked another car owner if we were in the correct place.Our car was fine when we returned 2 weeks later but at least one other had been broken into while the owners were on our cruise, and no way of knowing how good the security cameras are until such a situation arises.If you’re precious about your car maybe pay the extra for dockside cruise parking.

Last time we parked in this car park we had a taxi provided, most on Fred Olsen couldn’t have walked that far to cruise ship
