You'll need a full, valid driving licence, passport and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

Is insurance included with my car hire?
Basic insurance is usually included as standard, but most rentals come with an excess — the amount you'd be liable for in the event of damage or theft. You can reduce or remove this excess by taking out our Full Protection Insurance.

What fuel policy should I expect?
Fuel policies vary by supplier, but the most common is 'full to full' — you collect the car with a full tank and return it full. This is usually the most cost-effective option. Some suppliers offer a 'full to empty' policy where you pre-pay for a tank of fuel, but you won't get a refund for any fuel you don't use.
