What to do when you arrive at Airparks Meet and Greet:
Give Airparks a call when you are about 20 minutes away from GAtwick Airport (you'll be provided with the number to call) so the driver can make sure they are ready to meet you. Head to 'Approved Operator' area outside the terminal where the Airparks driver will check your booking confirmation and take your keys.
How to get to Gatwick Airport:
Don't worry about catching the right transfer bus or even hanging around waiting for it, you're already at the terminal! Just head straight to to check-in.
What to do when you return:
After you have collected your luggage give Airparks a call to let them know you have touched back down in the UK; they'll bring your car back to where you dropped it off with them.

- Airparks Meet and Greet can only accept vehicles that will fit into a standard 2.4m by 4.8m parking space. Minibuses or vehicles with more than 8 seats cannot be accepted
- Your car will be parked up to 6 miles from the airport
- If your outbound terminal is different to your inbound terminal you just need to let Airparks know when you arrive and they can accommodate this at no extra cost
