Buses have a massive step up to get in and out without any visible lower rail so this should be available either on the bus or as a removable feature.

Pick up and drop off were great . Nice small vehicles - not lots of people and luggage crammed onto a bus. I did find your service very expensive this time compared to the multiple times I have used you before

Could not fault the service we got from cophall car parking. Very prompt quick and easy. Big mention to our driver on our return. After getting off a flight that had been delayed by 18 hours he still managed to have us all smiling and laughing all the way back. He was a true credit to your company. percent would recommend to anyone

I booked a tree week stay at Cophall Parking. Easy location to find. Very organised and efficient car parking system. Left car out front and handed key in reception, which is in very close proximity. Shuttle bus was ready for us in less than five minutes. We were picked up at Gatwick after 8.30pm. From phoning reception to say we were ready, until pick-up van came was just over 1O min. Driver was very friendly and helpful. We were back in our car in no time. I've used a few car parks around Heathrow and Gatwick in the past, but this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Simply outstanding! Thank you Cophall for making our journey so smooth and effortless. I'll most definitely use you again!

We booked with you as normally we use your parking at Heathrow. No problem parking. Efficient staff at Cophill and they gave me a card to call them when I returned. Unluckily I lost my wallet and the card. On our return we got on the purple parking bus which took us to a different car park. We were returned to Gatwick South Terminal and three purple busses passed us and couldn't help us. Your booking confirmation did not have a telephone number and I couldn't find one on the Internet.. Eventually a minibus came from Cophill but no mention of Purple Parking. The driver contacted your company and took us to the correct car park. I obtained my car by using my passport. The staff were agsin very helpful. This took us just over an hour and a half and we were not pleased at all.
